We are looking for a training and development manager to devise our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. Training managers often have backgrounds in business, leadership, human resources, development and education.

Twoim zadaniem będzie:

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with country, regional management and HQ
  • In close cooperation with the main business partners, evaluating the performance of business teams with subsequent analysis of training needs and proposing solutions for sustained performance growth
  • Effective reporting of training activities according to established training KPI's and their presentation to business partners and HQ Group T&D Director
  • Coaching and training of regional management team, sustainable development of the country training team
  • Managing the adaptation process of new employees in accordance with the overall concept of the Onboarding process
  • Cooperation in the creation of AC, DC in cooperation with the recruitment department

  • Proven work experience as a manager, teamleader
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
